The main organiser of the global.me project is AIESEC. AIESEC, the world's largest student organization, is the international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential so as to have a positive impact on society.
In addition to providing over 8300 leadership experiences and delivering over 470 conferences, 7500 student exchanges every year, AIESEC also runs an exchange program that gives over 4,000 students and recent graduates the opportunity to live and work in another country.
The trainees in global.me come through the AIESEC programme and the project team members, who organise the project are AIESEC members.

Would you like to join a project team and be part of making this happen?
You can join one of the following teams:
- Trainee team selects suitable trainees for the project and welcomes the trainees in Finland. The team helps with practical issues like finding an apartment, organises spare time activities and supports the learning of the trainees.
- Sales team contacts possible partners for the project, including starting and closing events, develops a media plan for the project and carries it out in practice.
- Finance team works with the sponsors and partners. The team handles the financial issues like bugdeting and bookkeeping.
- Information systems team takes part in product development and promotional material, ensures the communication and maintains the virtual spaces.
- Content team plans the content of the high school course together with the teacher interns and various global education experts. The team also organises the training for the teacher interns before the course starts.
